The user interface is completely reworked -- no more "Windows 95" look. There are lots of nice little touches like scroll wheel support, much more efficient processor usage, and resizable Open and Save file dialogs.

The new version is completely compatible with Panorama Enterprise Server, so databases can now be shared simultaneously across multiple PC and Mac systems.
