Parameters

This function has one parameter:

text – text to be translated.

Description

This function translates text from Panorama format to UTF8 (Unicode). Starting with Panorama X, Panorama’s native text format is Unicode, so this function doesn’t actually do anything. However, it is retained for compatibility with older databases.
