The tc24to30( function converts 24 frame timecode to 30 frame non-drop timecode.
Parameters
This function has one parameter:
timecode – text value containing timecode
Description
Converts 24 frame timecode to 30 frame non-drop timecode. (Submitted by Chris Watts)

Note: This function is equivalent to:
