To move a field to a new position within the data sheet, simply drag the field name to the new position. (Note: You must make sure that all fields are visible before rearranging fields this way.)

Of course you can Undo to move the field back to its original position (or simply drag it back).

Another way to rearrange field order is to open the Reorder Fields dialog from the Field menu. This dialog lists all of the fields in the database, including fields that are currently invisible.

To change the field order, drag the fields within the list, then press the Reorder Fields button.
